I've been on several Holland America cruises. HA use to be totally "white glove" service, however, now the staff has been allowed to lighten up a little, and talk with you, even at the dining table. I have another HA book for Aug 23, for 14 night in Alaska, r/t Seattle. You should plan to join me !
