The accolade was made official during a June 8th presentation by Carnival executives to Brad Tolkin, Co-Chairman/Co-CEO of WTH and Dwain Wall, Senior Vice President/General Manager of Cruises Inc.
The Pinnacle Club was created by Carnival Cruise Line to acknowledge high-volume travel agencies that meet certain sales criteria and exhibit excellence in promoting and selling the “Fun Ship” cruise experience. To be eligible, agencies must meet the company’s sales criteria while demonstrating professionalism, creativity in sales and marketing programs, and outstanding support of the Carnival brand. World Travel Holdings has earned the Pinnacle Award for more than ten years running.
